Allentown man charged with homicide in shooting deaths of 2 people in Lebanon

LEBANON, Pa.–A 38-year-old man has been charged with homicide in the shooting deaths of two people in Lebanon in 2014.

Arturo Vizcarrondo, of Allentown, is accused of shooting and killing  Larry Martin, 35,  of Lebanon and his girlfriend Aeyisha Holden, 27, of Cleona. It happened inside an apartment along the 300 block of Old North 9th Street on October 23. Investigators found crack cocaine, drug packaging materials, a large amount of cash and three guns inside the apartment.

Vizcarrondo was arraigned Wednesday is being held without bail in Lebanon County Correctional Facility.

He is charged with two counts of criminal homicide, and two counts of criminal conspiracy to commit homicide. At the time of his arrest–Vizcarrondo was already in prison on an unrelated charge from the Lebanon County Drug Task Force.
