MECHANICSBURG, Pa. -- Tens of thousands of people roam Market and Main Streets in Mechanicsburg on Thursday. If you weren't one of them, you'll have to wait until next year.

The borough hosted its 87th annual Jubilee Day, believed to be the largest and longest-running single-day street fair on the east coast. It attracts an estimated 60,000 to 70,000 people and over 300 businesses, according to the Mechanicsburg Chamber of Commerce.

Jubilee Day runs along Market and Main Street in downtown Mechanicsburg. Vendors line the road, selling food, arts and crafts. Festival goers also were able to visit a free petting zoo.

Charity proceeds from the 87th Jubilee Day will go towards the Cheryl Kay Foundation, a non-profit organization which assists seniors and breast cancer patients.
