CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – On May 9, at 8:45 am, the East Pennsboro Township Police were dispatched to an EMS call for an unresponsive 21 year old male. The unresponsive male was pronounced deceased a short time later. An investigation revealed that the victim had overdosed on heroin.

The ongoing investigation into the young man’s death revealed that Anthony Rodriguez Luna, 31, of Harrisburg, had sold the heroin to the victim the previous evening.  East Pennsboro Township Police were assisted in their investigation by Harrisburg City Police, Carlisle Borough Police and Mechanicsburg Police.

Rodriguez Luna was arrested and charged with Drug Delivery Resulting in Death, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Use of a Communication Facility, and Criminal Conspiracy to deliver heroin.

Following arraignment Luna was sent to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
