ELIZABETHVILLE, Pa. — State Police say an Elizabethville man is wanted for grabbing the private areas of two young girls. Ronald Craig Buckland, 54, is accused of touching the girls several times between 2009 and 2013. The girls were between the ages of 9 and 13 years-old and 7 and 11 years-old when the alleged touching took place.
Buckland is charged with Felony Unlawful Contact with Minors, Felony Corruption of Minors, and Misdemeanor Indecent Assault. There is currently a warrant out for his arrest. Buckland’s current whereabouts are unknown. Police say Buckland’s girlfriend, Roxie Lee Stoneroad, 62, knew about the sexual assaults and did nothing to protect the girls. She was charged, arraigned and is currently awaiting a preliminary hearing on Felony Endangering Welfare of Children charges.
