SHIPPENSBURG TWP., Pa. — A Philadelphia man is accused of breaking into a home and assaulting a woman with a box cutter. It happened around 6:30pm on Friday, July 10th at a residence on the 1100 block of Bard Drive. State Police say Carl Hahnson Jones, 27, of Philadelphia forced his way into the victim’s home and after using the box cutter on her, he stole her phone. He then went outside and took the cd player from the victim’s car.
