LANCASTER, Pa. – East Hempfield Township Police have an arrest warrant for Luis Gonzalez-Ruiz, 23, whose last known address was in the 1800 block of Brubaker Run Road.
Township police say the warrant issued in June charges Gonzalez-Ruiz with Burglary. He also has a warrant through the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office for failing to appear for a criminal trial. Lancaster City Police is also holding a warrant for Gonzalez for Possession of Marijuana.
Gonzalez-Ruiz, is an hispanic male, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 185 pounds. He also has several tattoos on his left arm.
