HARRISBURG, Pa –  Janell Williams, 38, of Hanover, York County, was indicted late Wednesday by a federal grand jury in Harrisburg on a charge of misappropriation of postal funds.

 
According to the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District, Williams, a United States Postal Service employee, allegedly took $5,335.46 in government funds between July 2013 and October 2014 for her own use.

 
The case was investigated by the United States Postal Service, Office of Inspector General. If convicted, Williams faces 10 years of imprisonment, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, and a fine.
