A city in Pennsylvania has made a list of the 10 most sexually diseased cities in the United States.

Philadelphia took the No. 4 spot in a recent list compiled by RentApplication.com using data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Philadelphia has more than 26,151 STDs, which comes out to about 1,689 STDs per 100,000 people.

Another nearby city made the list. Baltimore came in at number 6. But it was Montgomery, Ala. that took the No. 1 spot.

The people who made the list looked at reports of syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia and measured rates per 100,000 people to compare cities of different size.
