ZIONSVILLE, Ind. -- New allegations have surfaced against suspended Subway spokesman Jared Fogle.

According to FOX43 sister station WXIN in Indianapolis, Fogle wrote in text messages that he paid for sex with a 16-year-old girl. The FBI has subpoenaed court documents that allegedly contain those messages.

Fogle's home was searched by the FBI earlier this year, in connection to a child pornography investigation. No new details have emerged about that case, and Fogle has not been charged with any wrongdoing.

A spokesperson for Subway released a statement about the new allegation, saying “This allegation, if true, is appalling and is contrary to the values of our brand. As previously stated, we have suspended our relationship with Jared.”
