LEBANON, Pa.– Police are investigating two separate cases of indecent exposure in Lebanon that may be connected.
They both happened Saturday morning between 7 a.m. and 10:50 a.m. in the areas of the first block of N. 7th Street and the 100 block of N. 11th Avenue.
The man who exposed himself in the first incident is described as a black male, in his 40s and bald, police said. He was last seen wearing a blue checkered shirt and blue jeans.
The man in the second incident is also described as a black male, in his 40s and bald. He was last seen waring a blue shirt and checkered shorts. He was last seen running north across the railroad tracks and may have gotten onto a bicycle, investigators said.
