NEW YORK, NY – Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster heads the list of 10 area colleges that are among America’s Top Colleges as listed by Forbes Magazine.  A total of 650 colleges and universities, both public and private made the list.  The writers at Forbes say the list is based on outcomes from low student debt and high graduation rates to student satisfaction and career success.
