HARRISBURG, Pa. — A man shot in the chest early this morning is in critical but stable condition. Harrisburg Police were called to the area of
Front and Cumberland Streets around 12:38am. They found a 32 year-old man slumped over the seat of a silver minivan that had been stopped in the middle of the road. A woman was found in the car with him. EMS stabilized the victim at the scene and transport him to Hershey Medical Center for treatment of a single gunshot wound the upper left chest.

Police say the victim and the female witness are not cooperating. Police believe the shooting occurred in the 600 block of Camp Street just prior to the their arrival. They also believe the shooting is drug related. They say the suspect is a black male, about 6’ tall and weighing 200lbs. He was wearing black pants, a black t-shirt and black hat.
