Great viewing tonight for the Perseid meteor shower, just look up and northeast well into the night for best viewing.
WEEKEND
By Friday, the warm up is stage one of two for the return of summery air. We’ll heat up to the middle 80s with plenty of sun and lower humidity air remains in play. Saturday, stage two kicks in which is the return to muggy air. Expect an upper 80s day with partly cloudy skies. A few storms may bubble by afternoon or evening. Sunday, it’s mostly sunny, warm, and muggy with highs touching 90°.
NEXT WEEK
The warm and humid air continues! Highs are in the 90s on Monday with plentiful sunshine. Tuesday, we touch 90° again, with a front nearing that could spark a few storms later in the day. Upper 80s are in play for Wednesday under partly cloudy skies.
