GREAT POOL AND BEACH WEEKEND
Summer weather returns and will stay for a long stretch. It is still relatively comfortable today and continues one more night but heading through the day tomorrow, more moisture will stream in and you will feel the stickiness return, especially Sunday and beyond. Tonight will not be as cool as the past couple of nights. Skies remain mostly clear with lows dropping to the mid 60s. Light southwesterly flow will help increase the heat and humidity through the day. Highs expected in the upper 80s with partly to mostly sunny skies. There is a very small thunderstorm threat late in the day but most areas will remain dry. Overnight, lows will be much warmer only dropping to near 70 under partly cloudy skies. Sunday, it is hot with temperatures flirting with 90 degrees. A dip in the pool would offer great relief to the heat and humidity. Remember to apply the sunscreen regularly, the UV Index will be running high and it won’t take long to burn.
