Spring Garden Township, Pa.-- Crews are battling an early morning house fire in Spring Garden Township, York County.
Daniel Hoff, the chief of York Area United Fire and Rescue says it broke out just before 4:00am at the intersection of Greendale and South Verdan Drive.
One person who lived in the home was able to escape; we're told he is being looked at for possible smoke inhalation but is expected to be okay.
Chief Hoff says they believe the fire was accidental, but their investigation is on-going.
The house is a total loss.
