MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, Pa.–Police are searching for a man who they say robbed a York County business at gunpoint on Friday.
It happened at the MetroPCS store located along the first block of West 11th Avenue in Manchester Township.
Police said the man went into the store shortly before 7 p.m., pulled out a gun and demanded money. After becoming impatient– the robber threw the cash register onto the floor and grabbed an undisclosed amount of money before taking off.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, late 40s to early 50s, approximately 6-feet tall . He was last seen wearing a blue dress shirt, dark sweat pants, sunglasses, a gray colored Superman logo hat and a blue bandanna.
Investigators recovered some of the robber’s clothing that was ditched at the rear of the store, including the hat worn during the robbery.
