CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – A routine traffic stop leads to the arrest of a Jonestown woman in Cumberland County on drug charges. Upper Allen Police stopped a vehicle driven by Lisa M. Hastings, 50, at about 1:12 am Sunday on U.S. Route 15 for a traffic violation.
The officer found Hastings to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Charges against Hastings include Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Hastings was taken to the Cumberland County Prison for processing.
