EPHRATA, Pa. — Ephrata Police arrested a women after they say she was found ingesting noxious chemicals from an air can.
Laurel Lee Potter, 30, of Lancaster was found in possession of a compressed air can after surveillance video showed Potter taking the air can and not paying for it.
She was then seen ingesting the chemicals both in the store, underneath a clothing rack and outside in the parking lot.
Potter has now been charged with retail theft and illegal use of Noxious substance.
She was arraigned and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.
