HARRISBURG, PA- One man was shot and injured outside a bar early Saturday morning in downtown Harrisburg.

Police say the shooting happened around 1:40 a.m. just outside Aroogas Grille House and Sports Bar at the intersection of Locust Street and North Second.

Police say officers saw a car that drove away from the shooting and followed it to the hospital.

The car dropped a 23-year-old man off with gunshot wounds to his stomach and leg.

Police say the shooter is being described as a black man believed to be in his 20’s with his hair done in long braids that go down his back.

No arrests have been made. The victim is expected to make a full recovery.
