LEBANON, Pa- Two York men are facing charges in the shooting death of a Lebanon security guard that happened last weekend.

Police have charged 24-year-old Richard Kinnard II with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering, discharging firearm into occupied structure, possession of a firearm, receiving stolen property and criminal homicide.

According to police, Kinnard was kicked out of the bar located along the 700 block of Reinoehl Street just after 2:00 a.m. Saturday.  He fired shots back into the bar through an exit door as the bar was closing police said.

Corey Bryan, 31, who was a security guard at the bar was shot and killed.

Kinnard jumped into a 2007 BMW and took off. The car was  being driven by 24-year-old Jared Jones also of York.

Jones crashed the car along E. Kercher Avenue shortly after. Police searched the vehicle and located a handgun in the car which was found to be stolen from Reading City in February 2013 police said.

Jones is being charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, and criminal conspiracy.

Police are still investigating and have arrest warrants issued for both men. If anyone has any information or knows the whereabouts for Kinnard or Jones is asked to contact Lebanon City Police at 717-272-6611.
