PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The City of Brotherly Love is best known for its cheesesteaks, but there's a corner café taking center stage in Philadelphia as Pope Francis makes his way to the city. Gavin's Cafe owner, Jezabel Careaga, said her restaurant is bringing the  city a flavor that they're not familiar with, but the Pope knows very well.  That's because the café is the only restaurant in the city that's from the Pontiff's home country of Argentina.

"Wherever you go in Argentina you will always find something different," Careaga said.

Born and raised in the South American nation, she opened Gavin's five years ago crafting medialunas--similar to croissants, and alfajores-- which are just like soft sandwich cookies. But, her signature offering is empanadas. She says she makes them just the way the Pope likes them and customers seem to enjoy it too.

"There are a lot of Pope Francis parties," the café owner said, "people picking up empanadas so it should be an amazing weekend."

Careaga hopes to somehow get her food to the Pope who she says has already been a blessing to her business.

"He has brought already so much to our business and I'm really thankful for that too," Careaga said.
