EAST PENNSBORO TWP., Pa. — An East Pennsboro Twp. man is arrested after police say he cut a woman multiple times with knives. David Shetrom, 41, is charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault and Harassment. Police were called to the 300 block of Beaver Avenue around 9:23pm on September 23rd. They say Shetrom used multiple knives on his female victim, causing multiple cut injuries.
