WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. - A charity event is happening in York County this month to help local cancer patients fight back. The annual Livestrong Gala kicks off next Friday October 16 at the YMCA in West Manchester Township. At this year's event, former Philadelphia Eagles player and NFL legend Vince Papale will be the keynote speaker.
