DERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Derry Township police arrest two men after an argument broke out resulting in gunfire.
Police say the fight broke out during a custody exchange between the father, Colter Vasser, 26 and the mother of the child at a Turkey Hill located along the 1000 block of Middletown Road in Dauphin County
When the dispute escalated the current husband of the mother, Abener Espinosa, 22, got out of the car and approached Vasser.
According to police, Espinosa pulled out a handgun and pointed it at Vasser and demanded he get back into his vehicle.
Espinosa lowered the gun and fired a single shot into the pavement ordering Vasser again to get back into his car.
No one was injured during the dispute.
Espinosa is now being charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, and disorderly conduct.
Vasser is charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. Both are currently in Dauphin County Judicial Center.
