NORTH ANNVILLE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police say Zachary Warlow, 27, of Palmyra was the driver of a car which crashed into a Lebanon County creek early Thursday morning.
Warlow’s abandoned 2004 Volkswagen Jetta was discovered in a creek along the 800 block of Snyder Road in North Annville Township shortly after 8 a.m.
Investigators said Warlow was headed east when he lost control on a left curve, struck the stone portion of a bridge, went airborne and landed in the Quittapahilla Creek. Warlow got out of his car and fled the scene.
Warlow will be charged with driving at an unsafe speed.
