LITTLE BRITAIN, Pa.–A 3-year-old girl died Friday after she was injured in a farming accident in southern Lancaster County.
It happened at a farm located along the 200 block of Scott Road in Little Britain Township around 10:30 a.m.
The child fell from a tractor she was riding with her father and was run over, investigators said.
Pennsylvania State Police and the Lancaster County District Attorney’s office is handling the investigation.
This was the fourth fatal farm accident in Lancaster County in the past 11 days.
