LEBANON, Pa –A 16 year old girl in Lebanon reported she was harassed and then grabbed by a man in a van. It happened Thursday around 5:35pm in the area of 12th & Poplar Sts. A van drove by the girl slowly and the driver said, “Hey, girl.” She ignored the male driver and kept walking.
A short time later she told police she was walking in the 1100 block of Jackson Blvd. A man walked up behind her and smacked and grabbed her buttock. He said, “That was for rolling your eyes at me,” then walked away. She recognized the man as the operator of the van. The female victim was not injured.
The male is described as Hispanic,in his 20’s, with short dark hair and a trimmed goatee, dark eyes and thick eyebrows. The van he was driving is described as an older white minivan with a large grey strip along the bottom.
