EAST PENNSBORO TOWNSHIP, Pa.–Organizers of the East Pennsboro Township Halloween Parade have decided to cancel the 2015 year event due to inclement weather.
The parade was originally scheduled to step off tonight at 7 p.m.
There is no rain date.
East Pennsboro Halloween Trick-or-Treat night is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 28 from 6-8 p.m.
