LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa- A Willow Street man could face up to 25 years in Prison for making child pornography.
According to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s office, Dennis Mowday, 60, who was convicted in 1995 of sex abuse of a child, is headed to trial for 8 felony counts including the manufacturing of child pornography.
Documents state that Mowday subjected the girl to sex acts that he photographed and filmed at his home.
During his preliminary hearing on Wednesday, Mowday is to be tried on Lancaster County Court and is in jail with a $500,000 bail.
If convicted, Mowday could face up to 25 years in prison
