COOLER, SEASONAL TEMPERATURES
A return to cooler, more seasonal temperatures are expected in the week ahead as high pressure moves in from the Midwest tonight. Skies will begin to clear early Sunday and give way to a mostly sunny day with cooler highs in the low to mid 50s.
The cooler air mass will certainly be felt overnight Sunday into Monday morning with overnight lows in the mid 30s. Monday starts out similar with sun, but clouds increase in advance of a system to our south that will eventually bring us a chance of showers for Tuesday. Showers are possible Monday night into Tuesday.
THE WEEK AHEAD
It feels more like November in the week ahead. Temperatures remain in the 50s with the warmest day, Wednesday, getting to the 60 degree mark, but only a few degrees above normal for this time of year. The next chance for rain comes again on Thursday ahead of a cold front. After the front passes, another cool down is likely into the end of the week.
