LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A Lititz Borough man is charged with Corruption of Minors, and Indecent Assault involving a minor. Kyle A. Peters, 20 was arrested this morning by Borough Police.
Peters arrest followed a lengthy investigation was inititated last August on behalf of a Lititz juvenile who reported being sexually assaulted by Peters for the past four years.
Following arraignment Peters was released after posting $25,000 arraigned by District Judge Edward Tobin with bail set at $25,000.00 unsecured. A hearing is scheduled for late November.
