LANCASTER, Pa.–Two Lancaster brothers plead guilty last month to beating a pair of security guards at the Park City mall in May.

Jalil S. Pilgrim, 21, and Jewels D. Pilgrim, 20, both of Lancaster, plead guilty to robbery, retail theft, conspiracy, simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Jewels will serve one-to-three years in state prison, followed by two years of probation.

Jalil will serve about 18 months of parole, followed by three years of probation. So far, he has served about 5 months in prison.

The incident happened on May 21 outside of Boscov’s. Both men punched two security guards when they were confronted outside the store after the guards watched them leave without paying for several items, prosecutors said. The guards suffered minor injuries.
