LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. – A Berks County faces multiple charges in the alleged rape of two minor Lebanon County girls, ten years ago. Pennsylvania State Police – Jonestown say the victims were 14 and 9 years old at the time of the assaults. The victims recently came forward and reported the incidents to police.
Charges were filed Monday against Samuel Frank Marrero-Nardo. Sr. 46 of Reading. Marrero-Nardo, was 35 to 36 years at the assaults. He was staying at the Swatara Township home of the two victims when the assaults allegedly took place.
Charges against Marrero-Nardo include Criminal Solicitation, Rape of a Child , Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Person Less than 16 years of Age, Unlawful Contact with a Minor, Statutory Sexual Assault, Aggravated Indecent Assault, Indecent Assault, and Corruption of Minors.
Following arraignment he was sent to the Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $100,000 bail.
