YORK, Pa.– A possible ninth infection of Nontuberculous Mycobacteria or NTM is leading to a civil suit.
Court documents said John Bosley and his wife Marilyn of Red Lion are filing a claim of medical negligence. They say John got open heart surgery in November of 2013 at York Hospital. Documents say Bosley was exposed to NTM because of the heater/cooler machines used during surgery.
