FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. – A Franklin County suspect wanted in a November 12, stabbing incident is taken into custody by U.S. Marshals.   Pennsylvania State Police obtained an arrest warrant charging Kendavien Weedon, 19, with Aggravated Assault and lesser included offenses.

Weedon is alleged to have stabbed a person while at a residence in Franklin County.  At that time, Weedon was also wanted by the Washington County, Maryland, Sheriff’s Office for drug offenses.

Members of the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force developed information that Weedon was still in the Franklin County area and were able to apprehend him today at a home in Waynesboro.  He was arrested without incident.

The USMS worked jointly in the investigation with officers from the Pennsylvania State Police, the York City Police Department, the York County District Attorney’s Office, the Waynesboro Police Department and Maryland State Police.
