WINDSOR, TWP, – UPDATE: The York County coroner’s office has identified the victim in Thursday mornings crash.
32-year-old Terry Allen Smith, of Windsor, died at the scene of the crash just before 7:00 a.m.
The crash happened at the intersection of East Prospect and Freysville Road. Police say a small dump truck was heading West towards York when a van heading North on Freysville failed to yield.
The van rolled over after being stuck by the truck.
Smith, a passenger in the van, was not wearing a seat-belt and was partially thrown from the vehicle the coroner’s office said.
Both the drivers were taken to the hospital where their conditions are unknown
Police believe heavy fog also played a role in the crash.
