Reward offered for Harrisburg man wanted in fatal shooting outside city bar

HARRISBURG, Pa. – Harrisburg City Police remain on the lookout for Rajawn Alee Andre Moore, 25, wanted for Criminal Homicide in the shooting death last month of Twame Evans.

It happen at about 11:20 pm on November 13, outside of OD’s Bar in the 1500 block of Market Street.  Moore was identified as the shooter.  In addition to the homicide charge, he is also charged with Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Carrying a Firearm without a License.
Police say Moore should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who has information on his whereabouts is encouraged to submit a tip to Crime Stoppers via this website or by calling 1-800-262-3080. Tipsters may remain anonymous and are eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
