MILLERSVILLE, Pa — A woman is charged after police say she knew her husband was sexually assaulting a child and did not report it. Manor Township Police say Deana N. Mitchell, 35, was aware her husband Raymond L. Mitchell, Jr., was abusing the girl for over a year and did not take any action to prevent further sexual assaults of the child or report the incidents to any one. . Raymond Mitchell was charged in October. Deana Mitchell is charged with one count of Endangering Welfare of Children.
