LOWER ALLEN TWP, Cumberland County, PA – Lower Allen Township Police are looking for the man they say wheeled a cart loaded with merchandise, including two television sets, right out the front door without paying. It happened on December 13, around 7:00 p.m. at the Walmart on Hartzdale Dr. Lower Allen Township Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the person caught in these surveillance pics.
