EPHRATA, PA- Police in Ephrata have an arrest warrant out after they say he stole electronics from a Walmart on December 18th.
Police say Charles Richard McCarraher, 32 of Avondale, failed to pay $1,000 worth of electronic at the Walmart along the 800 block of East Main Street.
Police said citizens in the community helped identify McCarraher, now they need help locating him.
