CAERNARVON TWP., Lancaster County, Pa. — A fire in northern Lancaster County leaves a clock shop in ruins. Five fire companies from two different counties fought the blaze for several hours along the 2400 block of Conestoga Creek Rd. in Caernarvon Twp. The shop is owned by Jesse Esch, who’s been repairing clocks and watches in the building for over 20 years.
Firefighters say the fire originated in the back of the building. The cause is still under investigation.
