LOWER PAXTON TWP., Pa. -- The parents of Harrisburg's first homicide victim of 2016 say they forgive their son's killers, and plead for a fourth suspect in the murder to turn himself in.

Michael and Tara East, both ministers, spent Thursday celebrating their son where they could. Nineteen year old Andre Parker was killed Monday morning when police say he and a friend were lured onto the 300 block of Burchfield Street to be robbed. Police say Parker was then shot multiple times.

"A neighbor said he cried out, 'Help me, Jesus!' as his last words," his father, Michael, said. "That gave us the closure we needed."

Michael and Tara are both pastors, and say their son Andre was a "God-fearing man." The walls of their Lower Paxton Twp. home are lined with oversized pictures of their son with family and friends. Michael runs around from photo to photo, showing off his oldest son. Gospel music blasts from the home's speaker system, as Andre's parents talk about his memory.

"He'd give you the shirt of his back, literally," mom Tara says.

Three suspects were arrested Monday evening -- Ayanna Perryman, Na'shae Thompson, and Eianne McCollum -- and charged with criminal homicide. They are all 18 years old. On Thursday, Harrisburg police say they are looking for a fourth suspect, 17-year old Nasheem Greenslade. He is considered armed and dangerous.

"If you're out there and you hear me, turn yourself in," Tara East says. "So you can find peace and not be hostage anymore. Becuase I know what's running through your mind even right now.  But you can turn yourself in so you can get that peace."

Michael had a separate message for the three teens already arrested.

"We pray for them, the assailants who took our son's life. Spirtually they're our family as well."
