CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – A Harrisburg man and woman face drug charges following a routine traffic stop in Cumberland County. The couple’s vehicle was stopped for multiple traffic violations at about 11 pm at Ashford Drive and North Enola Drive on November 25.
Police found the driver, Shukria Holton, 26, and her passenger Keith Holland, 25, to be in possession of drugs and possession of stolen prescription drugs. In addition, Holton was driving while having a suspended drivers license.
