Caregiver wanted on theft charges arrested in Chester County

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – An in home caregiver wanted on theft charges is arrested in the Chester County.  Stephanie Knight, 26, was arrested on Friday by Tredyffrin Township Police following a routine traffic stop.

Knight, of Philadelphia, was a paid in-home caregiver for an elderly couple in Dauphin County.  It is alleged that she used their credit card to pay her outstanding traffic fines.  A warrant was issued for her arrest last August.

She is back in Dauphin County and is currently being housed in the county prison in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Knight is charged with Identity Theft, Access Device Fraud and Theft.
