Cash reward offered in Harrisburg strong armed robbery

HARRISBURG, Pa. – Dauphin County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information to an arrest in a strong armed in Harrisburg.

It happened on Saturday, January 9 at 11:12 am in the area of N. 3rd and Calder Streets.  The female victim told police that she had parked her vehicle at about 11:01 am hours on the west side of the 1300 block of N. 3rd Street. As she was putting money in the parking meter, a black male grabbed her wallet and I-phone from her hands and ran.

The victim chased the suspect for several blocks until she lost sight of him. The suspect was described as a black male, wearing a black
hoodie, black jeans, with a white hat underneath of his hoodie.

 
surve1Video footage was collected from several businesses in the area. It appears that the suspect began to approach another woman that came out of the Sayford Market. This woman arrived to her vehicle before anything could happen.
