LANCASTER TWP., Lancaster County, Pa. — Residents of Grafton Circle set a fire in the middle of a cul-de-sac Saturday. When police arrived around 11:14am, they met with Jessica Lopez, who was responsible for setting the fire. Police ordered Lopez to extinguish the fire. While they were talking with Lopez a neighbor, Dennis Ishman, came outside and began yelling obscenities at the officers and creating a disturbance. Police say Ishman threatened them and went into his house where officers could see him agitating and then releasing a pit bull. The dog ran towards the officers but was docile. A citation for an ordinance violation was filed against Lopez. A criminal complaint for Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and a Dog Law violation was filed against Ishman.
