York Snow Emergency continues; No trash collection this week

Snow and Cold Snap Starts the Morning Commute off Slow

YORK, Pa. — Mayor C. Kim Bracey has announced that the snow emergency is projected to remain in effect until Friday, January 29th at 5:00 pm. During that time, parking is not permitted on snow emergency routes. However, residents will be permitted to keep their vehicles in the city garages until Monday, February 1st at 7:00 A.M.

Trash and recyclables will not be collected this week, with collection expected to resume on Monday, February 1, 2016.
