LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – East Hempfield Township Police have an arrest warrant for a Lancaster man wanted on forgery and theft charges.
Investigators say Rafael Fland, III, while working at a cell phone kiosk at BJ’s Wholesale Club, 110 Centerville Road, allegedly used someone else’s, identity to obtain cell phone upgrades and then refunded to himself the cost of the upgrades.
Charges against Fland include Forgery, Theft by Deception, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Tampering with Records and ID Theft.
