Death of 21-year-old man found shot in York City, ruled homicide

YORK CITY, Pa.–The shooting death of a 21-year-old man in York City has been ruled homicide by the York County Coroner’s office.

Dontay Lowrie, of York City, died at York Hospital Thursday after he was shot near Park Street and Park Place around shortly before 2:30 p.m.

So far, no arrests have been made.

The investigation is ongoing.
