HARRISBURG, Pa. – A former Fulton Bank employee has been charged with stealing $13,325 from a Fulton Bank branch in York County.  According to the United States Attorney, Donna S. Miller, age 45 of Felton, is charged with bank larceny in a one count Information filed in U.S. District Court in Harrisburg.
Miller allegedly stole the money from the Fulton Bank, South Queen Street branch in York Township between September 2013 and November 2014. Miller was terminated in November 2014 and has made full restitution to Fulton Bank.
The government also filed a plea agreement with the defendant which is subject to approval by the court. No date has yet been scheduled for Miller’s guilty plea.

 

Miller’s maximum penalty under federal law is 10 years of imprisonment, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, and a fine.
